Associate Director for Facilities Operations and Maintenance
Dan has over 20 years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance. Prior to joining Facilities Services, he was the associate director for Operations and Support with Project Management and Construction Services at the university. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering as well as a master’s degree in engineering and environmental management.
Manager, Maintenance Operations
Zach has over 30 years of experience in facilities engineering and maintenance in the higher education, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries. His credentials include Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM). He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University.
Manager, Building Operations
Mark has 30 years of experience in facilities maintenance in government organizations and the private sector, with 20 years in Building Automation Systems (BAS). He is certified as an Existing Building Commissioning Professional (EBCP). He attended Central Texas College, majoring in HVAC technology.
Manager, Engineering & Technical Support
Randy has over 20 years of experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design and operation in office spaces, semiconductor manufacturing, and higher education. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
