Associate Director, Custodial Services
Sally Moore has worked for The University of Texas at Austin since 1979. She joined the university as a custodian (Building Attendant II). By April 2008, she had moved up the ranks and was promoted to Associate Director of Facilities Services responsible for the Custodial division. Under her direction, Custodial Services has become nationally recognized for its training program, “green” cleaning, and overall cleaning excellence. In 2018 alone, Custodial Services received national awards for contributions to the cleaning industry, including recognition for best workloading program, best training program and best overall cleaning program.
Manager, Day Operations and Contracts
Dave Stevens comes from a military background with 29 years of service, having enlisted in the Army after graduating high school. He became a commissioned officer in 1998, and served as a helicopter pilot and combat engineer. He served in Germany, South Korea, Iraq and Afghanistan. Dave has 13 years of experience managing both facilities service and construction contracts for the U.S. government. He joined Facilities Services in December 2016 as an assistant manager/contract administrator and was promoted to his current position as manager in January 2018. Prior to UT, Dave worked as a military contractor supporting the U.S. Department of State’s Africa Contingency Training and Assistance (ACOTA) program. He led training and advising units from over 10 different African Nations deploying with the United Nations and African Union to conflict areas on the continent. Dave holds a master’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Manager, Night Operations
Andy has worked as a manager for Custodial Services at The University of Texas at Austin since 2009. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
Manager, Training and Compliance
Elizabeth was employed for 17 years at the University of Waterloo in Canada in various roles before coming to The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Latin American studies from the University of Waterloo.
