Event & Moving Services (EMS) is a 16-person team, led by Roy Mack, that provides event-related support and equipment to university events occurring on and off campus. We stock a large variety of event equipment that is available to our customers with the use of our manpower. Get more information on Event Support services below.

Event Support is provided by a collaborative team of facilities staff, including EMS, the Facilities Service Center, Custodial Services, Solid Waste & Recycling from Facilities Services, and the Carpentry and Electrical shops from Project Management & Construction Services. We coordinate all these efforts on your behalf.
The following are the services and inventory available for your special event on a first-come, first-served basis:
* Silk plants are for indoor use only. Clients are responsible for lost or damaged plants.
|$10 per plant + delivery||1-12 plants = $25
13+ plants = $35
|If less than two full days' notice given, there is a $50 charge.|

Submit your request as early as possible in your planning process because our services are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and event inventory quantities are limited. Be as specific as possible about the details of your event and event-support needs.
