Welcome to the Facilities Services website. Here you can find information about the resources we provide and submit requests for cleaning, landscaping, repairs and many other services. These services create and maintain an exceptional physical environment that promotes learning, research and public services at our university.

Coming from North IH-35:
Take the lower deck of IH-35, and exit at Manor Road. Stay in the left lane of the access road. At the first stoplight, turn left (east). Travel east on Manor Road to the stoplight.  Turn left onto Lafayette Street. At the next stop light, take another left and stay in the left lane. You will be heading west on East Dean Keeton Street (also known as 26th Street). Make a U-turn at the first left (across from one of the entrances into the Facilities Complex. Because you are making a U-turn, you will be staying on East Dean Keeton Street, but now heading east. From East Dean Keeton Street, turn right into the parking lot in front of Facilities Complex 1 (FC1). FC1 is the three story building with the state and U.S. flag in front.

Coming from South IH-35:
Take the lower deck and exit at Dean Keeton (26th Street). On the access road, turn right (east) onto East Dean Keeton Street. Turn right into the parking lot in front of Facilities Complex 1 (FC1). FC1 is the three story building with the state and U.S. flag in front.

Where to Park at the Facilities Complex

If you have a university parking permit, park in the "A" parking lots on Manor Road.

If you do not have a university parking permit, you will need a visitor parking permit for the lot in front of Facilities Complex 1 (FC1), the three story building with the state and U.S. flag in front. Please go to the Director's Office on the first floor of FC1, room 1.102 to get the visitor parking permit.
