Since the launch of UT Works (UTW), we have been working on system enhancements. Our goal is to improve the UTW user experience, so we have been listening to your feedback, which is important to us. This email is to announce an improvement to the system and to offer a suggestion for improved communications.
Problem Codes
Selecting problem codes when you Report an Issue (RAI) or make a Paid Service Request (PSR) can be confusing. Effective May 28, you will no longer need to choose a problem code. All you will need to do is describe the issue you are having or service you would like to request, and we will take it from there.
UTW Notifications
We understand a lot of notifications are generated from a single request, and consequently many of you have opted out of all notifications. It’s important that we are able to communicate with you about your request within UTW, so we respectfully ask that you do not opt out of the notification type, Comments (circled in the screenshot below).
To modify your notifications, follow these instructions: On the UT Works Request System homepage, go to the top left menu, and select Settings > User Profile. In the Notifications section, click edit and check the notification(s) you want to receive.
